All of our hand-weaved jewelry that is available for purchase on this website is sold exclusively by Ana Tom on anatomstudio.com. We do not sell our jewelry via third-party retailers.

We ship USPS Domestic Priority Mail unless prior arrangements are made. We will mail your order within 3 business days. Priority Mail usually takes about two days to deliver. You will be notified with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For international shipping, please contact us for shipping costs.

California residents will be charged sales tax.

We offer a full refund of the purchase price if the items are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, within 15 days of the date of your order.

To return an item, please email us at ana@anatomstudio.com to receive a return authorization number and instructions. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.

Once we have received and inspected the jewelry item, we will issue you a refund or exchange and notify you via email. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank account to reflect the transaction.

We will repair defective or damaged pieces free of charge. Please make sure to send the piece in a box to prevent further damage, and ensure all packages include any information along with the return address and contact information.

Ana’s hand-woven jewelry will require some care to preserve its beauty. In order to protect your pearls from discolorations and deteriorations, wipe them occasionally with a damp clean cloth. A drop of mild detergent in warm water will work best for your pearls and gemstones.

• All precious metals may require cleaning from time to time. To remove tarnish and grime, use the Original Sunshine® cloth included with your piece of jewelry, which will keep your precious metal looking brand new. Please note, chlorine and bleach should not be used to clean your jewelry.

• Your hand-woven jewelry is made with 1.5 - 2mm seed pearls, Agate, Jasper gemstones, or tiny Miyuki Delicas/Seed Beads. Each piece is sewn together with a thread in an intricate weave. The thread will need to change from time to time depending on how often the piece is worn. Please contact Ana Tom for any re-stringing service.

When you purchase something from Ana Tom, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

• Details relating to your purchase

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
